Fortified Roof
Assistance
PCNI helps homeowners navigate and afford the installation of IBHS FORTIFIED Roof™ systems. Our team assists residents with grant applications, contractor coordination, and financial support for expenses not covered by state programs or insurance discounts.
Food & Care
Food distributions, senior check-ins, and neighbor-to-neighbor care networks that ensure no one is left behind.
Minor Home &
Automotive Repair
PCNI assists neighbors with essential small repairs—both around the home and for personal vehicles—so residents can stay safe, mobile, and self-sufficient. This includes things like basic household fixes, simple electrical or plumbing problems, minor exterior repairs, battery replacements, tire assistance, and other quick fixes that can make a big difference.
